Directions:

* Measure the area (circumference) you would like to lose inches, around the waist, around the thighs or around the arms. (All of the above)

   Please make a little mark with a brow pencil on the skin, we want to come back and measure the exact same area after one hour.

* Wrap the Body Sculpt Wrap around the part of interest. For the arms you can cut the wrap in two halves.

* Wrap around the Body Sculpt Wrap with Saran Wrap used for wrapping food.   

   Go around a few times to cover the entire area.

* Leave the Wrap on for 60 minutes. The active Vitamins, Herbs and Fruit Enzymes in this Body Sculpt Wrap will break the fat cells and shrink them in size. You can rest or work around the house.

* After one hour unwrap the Saran wrap and remove the Body Sculpt Wrap.

* Feel your skin. Your skin is rejuvenated with all the Vitamins and Enzymes absorbed through the Body Sculpt Wrap.

* Re-measure the same area (Circumference) again.

   You will see the difference. Make a note of it.

Each time using the Body Sculpt Wrap you can lose between 1-3 inches 

(2-6 cm). Results may vary in different people. 

Do not use more than once a week. There are active Vitamins, Herbs and Fruit Enzymes in this Body Sculpt Wrap. If you felt itching or redness, remove the wrap and wash the area immediately.
