Day 1:

Day 2:

Day 3:

Lunch:Half a Chicken Breast cooked or barbecued with lettuce. No lemon juice.

Dinner: Mixed salad, lettuce, celery, cauliflower, tomato, add lemon juice.

You can cook the celery, cauliflower and tomato and have it as a hot soup with lemon juice.


Day 4:
